Our refund policy extends to 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and labels in place, in its original packaging and in a resalable condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you must first contact us at info@renownedperformance.com. Any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
For returns within 30 days, If your return is accepted you will be given an RMA number, you will then need to ship to the following address:

All returned products must be inspected by Renowned Performance prior to processing the refund. All approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the returning item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. All items sent from Renowned Performance go through various QC checks, so any issues are usually caused whilst in shipping. In order to make a claim against the shipping company we need to be informed as soon as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom items cannot be returned (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@renownedperformance.com we will provide you with an RMA number for the return.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
